1. A curriculum vitae in English (1-3 pages): You may consider using the Europass CV as a template.
2. Motivation letter in English: This letter should explain why you are interested in this particular master’s program (1–2 pages). In case you have a preference for your mobility track, please specify this in the motivation letter and why you would like to study at the respective universities.
3. Proof of nationality (e.g. copy of passport).
4. Proof of residence (only for applicants who wish to apply for the Erasmus Mundus scholarship): According to the rules set by the European Union, this proof can be either provided in the form of a residence certificate issued by the candidate’s municipality OR a certificate from the candidate’s place of work, study, or training issued by the respective institution. The document must have been issued within 12 months before the submission deadline for applying for the scholarship.
5. High school diploma (secondary school leaving certificate, e.g. Baccalaureate, A Levels) or equivalent (AND certified translation into English, if the document is not issued in English or German).
6. Official high school transcripts (AND certified translation into English, if the document is not issued in English or German).
7. University diplomas (evidence of all completed degrees (e.g. Bachelor’s, Master’s, Diplom) AND certified translation into English, if the document is not issued in English or German: If you graduate after the application deadline, admission will be considered based on your university transcripts. Please note that if you are admitted, a copy of all your certified university diplomas will be needed by the end of August in order to be able to enroll you.
8. Complete official transcripts of records from your university (AND certified translation into English, if the document is not issued in English or German).
9. English test results: Applicants whose native language is not English must provide test scores of one of the standardized English proficiency tests mentioned in the language requirements field.
10. Proof of knowledge of another foreign language (see language requirements).
11. One recommendation letter by an academic teacher: In the event that a hard copy is requested, this letter should be sent in a separate closed envelope. Whether electronically or sent as a hard copy, the recommendation later must be signed by the person recommending the candidate and include the reference’s name and e-mail address. It should be typed on official letterhead or feature the reference’s institutional stamp.
12.  If applicable, proof of extracurricular activities and work experience (e.g. copies of employment certificates).

Please note that not submitting all requested documents by the application deadline might result in a lower score during the selection procedure and thus lead to a reduced chance to receive admission for the program and/or to be nominated for an Erasmus Mundus scholarshiр.
