Finding the right degree program is one of the most important steps on the way to studying in Germany. As an international student, you don't want to take the risk that your dream of studying abroad might fail because of some detail or because you don't know all of your options in advance. This is why we have set ourselves the goal of building the best possible database for you - where you can find as many programs as possible and all the important information that you need.
Our focus: Master’s degree programs in English
Germany has over 400 universities with more than 20,000 study programs. In view of this complexity, we have started with what interests most degree-seeking students: the Bachelr's and Master's programs in English.
We list all Bachelor's and Master's degree programs offered by German Universities that are taught at least 50% in English (and, of course, that we can find by our research). However, more than 75% of the programs are taught entirely in English (November 2022).

If you want to study in Germany, you should know all of your options. It would be a pity if you discovered alternatives that you would have liked better too late. This is why we list (unlike our competitors) all courses of study that we can research on the websites of German universities. You will find much more at MyGermanUniversity than in the two state-funded databases, DAAD and Hochschulkompass (German Rectors' Conference).
Our team has reviewed hundreds of university websites and employed the use of technology to gather the study program data as well as track every change as quickly as possible. This is the only way we can give you what you deserve: to know as many study options as possible.

Our disclaimer: Why some profiles are featured
Basically, we show all programs automatically and free of charge (whereas other databases only list the programs if the universities pay for them). Nevertheless, of course we also have to earn money to keep our platform online. Therefore, universities can have their profiles featured within the results list and make them more appealing. You can easily recognize these profiles since they bring some colors to the results list and contain additional content such as videos and images.
We help individual universities to stand out from the crowd and make a good first impression, but beyond that, we do not want to influence your decision. Additionally, we do not take any commissions from universities when you enroll at a university - in order to stay as independent and neutral as possible.
