Additional information:
Proof of English language skills also applies to applications from advanced learners ("lateral entrants") and is only not required for applicants who have obtained their university entrance qualification in English (e.g. British "A-Levels"), or have a university degree from a university in an English-speaking country. English language skills can also be proven by having completed English as a continued foreign language in the basic or advanced course with at least 11 points (applicable only for higher education entrance qualifications gained in Germany).
