Applicants without a standard HZB may apply via vocational qualifications (Meisterprüfung, Technikerabschluss, or completed apprenticeship with at least 3 years' professional experience), in some cases with an Eignungsprüfung. International applicants must also demonstrate sufficient German language skills (DSH or ΤеstDaF).
