Previous Degree

A general higher education entrance qualification (Abitur) or
A subject-based university entrance qualification in the fields of economics and social affairs

Additional Qualification

The degree programme requires good knowledge of German, French and Spanish in accordance with the study qualification statutes of Europa-Universität Flensburg.

Evidence must be provided that one of the three languages is mastered at CEFR level C1, the second one at level B1 and the other at level A1 (minimum), but with the restriction that German must be spoken at least at level B2.

The following combinations of language levels are therefore possible (minimum level in each case):

German C1, French or Spanish B1, third language (French or Spanish) A1, or
French or Spanish C1, German B2, third language (French or Spanish) А1

The application deadline for the B.A. Transcultural European Studies: Languages, Cultures, Interaсtiοns at Europa-Universität Flensburg depends on the country where you obtained your previous degree. For applicants with a degree from non-EU countries, the application deadline is 15 July for the winter semester. Applications are made: Directly at university, Hochschulstart (DoSV).
