In seven semesters, you will be taught economic and psychological theories and methods for application in business practice. Psychological and business administration content will be combined, and a special focus will be placed on digitalization. In addition, you will learn in simulation training how to conduct conversations as a business psychologist, for example with employees. This will optimally prepare you for the challenges that await you in the working world after your studies.

After you have acquired a broad spectrum of basic knowledge in the first three semesters, you can choose specializations in the fourth semester - here you can choose between the areas of human resources and markets and consumers. After you have completed your bachelor's degree, there are many possible fields of work in which you can use the knowledge you have gained. You also have the option of starting a master's degree, for example in business management.
