Application Documents


Documents to be submitted:

  1. Duly filled application form (print out online registration).
  2. Curriculum vitae in tabular form.
  3. Copy of the passport or identity card.
  4. Officially authenticated photocopy of a qualifying academic degree.
  5. Officially authenticated photocopy of the latest transcripts of records.
  6. Officially authenticated photocopy of the TOEFL test or equivalent exam of the English language (see language requirements).
  7. Officially authenticated photocopy of higher education entrance qualification (Abitur, Baccalaureate, School-Leaving Certificate, O- and A-Levels, etc).
  8. A personal statement with your reasons for enrolling in the program.
  9. Any further information that might be relevant to your application.
  10. Chinese, Mongolian, and Vietnamese applicants: original APS certificate from the Academic Evaluation Centre of the German Embassy.

Please note: it is also recommended that you bring a set of your certified application documents with you to Germany. You may need these for further purposes. Certification of foreign-language documents requires a lot of effort and is very time-consuming in Germanу.
