Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in science or technology or engineering (physics, chemistry, materials science).

The students in their final year of undergraduate education may be admitted on the condition that their bachelor's degree will be awarded before they enroll, respecting the university-specific deadlines.

Additional information:
IELTS, TOEFL, and PTE results are valid for two years starting from the test date. The CAE and CPE results do not have an expiry date. English language test exemptions: Applicants who have completed a higher education degree in an English language program requiring a physical on-site presence at a university in Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, United Kingdom, or the United States (if the degree includes studies from another university, these must also be completed in English in such a country and university that exempts the applicant from the language test), or at a university or polytechnic in an EU/EEA country in English (the language of the degree must be stated in the degree certificate or its appendix, the transcript of records or another official document, such as diploma supplement, issued by the higher education institution in question), or at one of the EIT-AMIS consortium universities.

Application Documents


All applicants must submit an online application including required documents which must be uploaded into the application system:

  1. Bachelor's degree certificate: An officially attested copy of an official bachelor’s degree certificate and authorized translation of the degree certificate in English.
  2. Miscellaneous: Other optional documents (e.g. a paper copy of GRE and GMAT results if taken; patents; publications and/or relevant work certificates).
  3. Transcript: Transcript of records in their original language format and translated into English. All courses taken must be included in the transcript document.
  4. References: Two reference forms.
  5. Cv: use the template provided by the program.
  6. Identification: Copy of passport or ID-card.
  7. Certifying statement: In the case of on-going studies: a statement certifying that you are in the final year of your studies. The statement must be written by the degree administration office (or equivalent department), confirming that you are enrolled in the final year of your education and your expected completion date.
  8. Proof of fluency: Language test scores (see language requirements).
