- The tuition fee for European students is as follows: for SLU is 0 € for each year (for program country applicants), and 8,500 € for the first year (only for partner country students); UBonn does not charge tuition fees for any student; for UCLouvain is 835 € for each year; for UCSC is 6,250 € for each year for program country students, and 3,300 € – 6,050 for each year for partner program students (depending on the country of origin). There are also administrative fees, please check the course site for morе infο.

Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
Minimum standard period of study: 3 years.
Required ECTS credits: 180.
A minimum of 24 ECTS credits in economics must have been gained in the bachelor’s degree – including one course in microeconomics, management, and statistics. An additional introduction to agricultural, environmental, or food sciences is recommended.
Note: make sure that your official bachelor’s transcript either shows credit points according to the ECTS credit point system or else attach a diploma supplement that explains the credit point system of your university.
Students in their final year of their bachelor’s degree may be provisionally admitted in the AFEPA master’s program on the condition that their bachelor’s degree is awarded prior to enrollment in the prοgram.
A grade of at least an overall average “B” or equivalent gradе.
Language Requirements
The following certificates are recognized as proof of your language proficiency.

Application Documents
Complete your application form and send it together with the other necessary documents before the deadline to: [email protected]. Please send your application documents (application form, transcripts, certificates, etc.) as one single pdf-file. This file must not exceed 5 MB.
At this point, no paper version of any document needs to be submitted. The AFEPA consortium may ask applicants at a later date to send paper versions of their application documents. For each required document (ex. bachelor diploma and transcript of records): please merge all original copies and translations into one pdf document in order to upload them.
All documents that applicants submit will have to be either a copy of an original (if the original document is written in English) or a certified translated copy of the original (if the original document is written in a language different than English).
Required documents include:
- Proof of nationality e.g. copy of ID, passport.
- (European format) CV.
- Copy of academic transcripts and diploma (including a copy of the original and translated certified copy if the original is not in English, attach a diploma supplement that explains the credit point system of your university if it is not according to the ECTS credit point system).
- Copy of school-leaving certificate (high school certificate) (translated certified copy if the original is not in English).
- Copy of language certificate (see requirements).
- Motivation letter (no more than 300 wοrds).
