Course Description
Der Masterstudiengang „Atlantic Studies“ ist ein einzigartiges Programm, das Studierenden die Möglichkeit bietet, sich bereits während des Studiums intensiv mit den sozialen, kulturellen, politischen und wirtschaftlichen Beziehungen im Südatlantik auseinanderzusetzen. Dies geschieht aus einer historischen sowie interdisziplinären geistes- und sozialwissenschaftlichen Perspektive.

Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a technically suitable course.
The decision as to whether the previous course is technically suitable is made by the body responsible for this in accordance with the examination regulations; the determination can be supplemented with a provision to make up for missing modules within two semesters.
Applicants who have a bachelor's degree or a qualification equivalent to it are not yet available at the time of application if at least 150 credit points have been earned and it can be expected that the bachelor's degree or a qualification equivalent to this will be available by the end at the latest of the first semester of the master’s course. If applicants are unable to provide proof of the required 150 CP by July 15th (winter semester) or January 15th (summer semester) of the year, the examination board decides in individual cases on admission subject to conditions and the examination board decides on the proof in individual cases an admission subject to conditions and proof of the required credit points by September 15th (if admitted to the winter semester) or March 15th (if admitted to the summer semester) of the yеar.
