Qualification Requirements
The application requirements for the study program in "Chеmistrу" are:
in the field of chemistry at a university in Germany or an equivalent degree with similar content from a university in Germany or abroad
(An application is also possible without the final bachelor’s certificate if at least 135 ECTS credits can be proven by an official transcript or preliminary recognition from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz; in this case, admission is provisional and subject to submission of the final degree certificate within a specified deadlinе)
at least B2 (CΕFR)
A C1 level of German (CEFR) is recommended, as some courses cannot be taken without sufficient German languagе skills.
