Requirements
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's Degree:
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification in Chemistry or a closely related field from:
- A German university or a university in a Bologna signatory state.
- A foreign university, with equivalence determined by the Central Office for Foreign Education (ZAB).
Provisional Admission:
Applicants who have not yet completed their Bachelor's degree may be provisionally admitted if they have completed at least 146 ECTS (81%) for programs with a total of 180 ECTS, or 170 ECTS (81%) for programs with a total of 210 ECTS. The Bachelor's degree or equivalent must be obtained by March 31st for the winter semester or by September 30th for the summer semester.
Related Fields:
A study program is considered closely related if the knowledge and competencies listed in the curriculum (Appendix 1) have been acquirеd.
German Language Proficiency:
- Applicants without a German university entrance qualification or who did not obtain their Bachelor's degree from a German university must demonstrate sufficient German language proficiency as regulated by the DSH examination guidelines of Technische Universität Braunschweig.
- Exceptions can be made if a successful completion of the program is expected without the language requirement, decided by the selection committее.
