Bachelor/Bakkalaureus, Diplom, Diplom (FH), Magister, Staatsexamen, 4-jähriges Hochschulstudium bzw. 240 ECTS (and other qualifications, provided that they are recognised as being equivalent) Minimum requirements for first university degree: Minimum standard period of study: 8 semesters Required ECTS credits: 240 For this degree programme, you should have gained your first university qualification in one of the following subjects groups or areas of study: Subject group: Economic Sciences, Law Area of study: Economic Sciences Students have to choose whether they want to complete the entire programme in Mannheim ('Mannheim') or at both partner universities ('Mannheim/Adelaide'). The favoured study option ('Mannheim' or 'Mannheim/Adelaide') has to be selected at the time of application and cannot be changed at a later time. To be eligible for admission to the Master of Comparative Business Law ('Mannheim') programme, applicants must have a four-year law degree (at least 240 ECTS points or equivalent) from a foreign university or have a degree in a related discipline (e.g., business, economics, social and political sciences) if at least 20 ECTS or equivalent were obtained in law classes (or similar, proving the ability to study law). To be eligible for admission to the Master of Comparative Business Law ('Mannheim/Adelaide') programme, applicants must have a four-year law degree (at least 240 ECTS points or equivalent) from a German or foreign university or have a degree in a related discipline (e.g., business, economics, social and political sciences) if at least 20 ECTS or equivalent were obtained in law classes (or similar, proving the ability to study law). Applicants must also submit a transcript of their previous studies.
