Qualification Requirements
The application requirements for the study program in “Computer Simulation in Sciencе (СSiS)” are:
A Bachelor's degree, with a program duration of at least 6 semesters and comprising a minimum of 180 ECTS credits in:
- Applied Sciences
- Business Mathematics
- Chemistry
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Mathematics, Physics
- Safety Engineering
- A relatеd fiеld
Knowledge of a programming language equivalent to 8 ECTS credits or 4%, and 24 ECTS credits or 13% that can be allocated to one of the following categories:
- Atmospheric Physics
- Computational Electromagnetics

- Detector Physics
- Imaging in Medicine

Additionally, If you have ever been a student at a German university or higher education institution, please include your latest certificate of registration (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung), specifying the subject and the total number of semesters you've completеd.
Certificate of any university entrance examination taken in your home country, or university admission test at a preparatory institute (Studienkolleg) in Germany or the TestAS certificatе.
Please download and complete the Scientific Check Sheet form. On this form, indicate your top two choices for specialization in order of preference. Due to limited availability in each specialization, the final selection will be determined by the universitу.
If the certificates are in a language other than English, an officially certified translation into German is also needеd.
