Course Description

In the Masters’s Program Digital Narratives, young creatives acquire the skills they need to engage critically with digital media, experiment with various formats, and develop and produce their own digital storytelling projects. The program places particular emphasis on immersive technologies, interactive storytelling and the impact of AI on media production. With a special focus on immersive technologies, interactive storytelling, and the impact of AI on media production, the program trains creative storytellers to master the narrative methods and production techniques of new digital media so they can successfully develop innovative media formats.

Previous Degree

Bachelor/Bakkalaureus (and other qualifications, provided that they are recognised as being equivalent) The programme is aimed at talented and dedicated media and culture professionals in the fields of film, games, journalism, online communication, design, architecture, theatre and similar areas, who have gained relevant experience in creating and producing narrative formats in digital media. They are expected to use interdisciplinary and collaborative methods. The requirements for admission to the Master's degree programme are a Bachelor's degree or a similar academic degree with proof of at least 180 ECTS or a higher degree, at least one year of specialised professional practice or similar professional project experience after the Bachelor's degree, and a very good knowledge of Εnglish.
