First pages of passport or identity card indicating the nationality.
Academic degree and transcripts of all university studies with translation into English, i.e. bachelor, master, or equivalent. If the degree is due to be obtained after the deadline, a certificate from the institution indicating the situation of the student and the expected date of graduation must be provided.
Cover letter/Motivation letter.
Recognized International English test Certificate, not older than 3 years (see language requirements).
Proof of residence (for students applying for the Erasmus+ EMJMD scholarship): either of the following documents can be accepted (with certified English translation):
a residence certificate issued in accordance with the candidate's city hall/municipality administration,
a certificate from the candidate's place of work, study, or training issued by the employer or institution in question,
Important: the proof of residence certificate must have been issued within 12 months before the submission deadline for applying for an EMJMD student scholarship.
