Previous Degree
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with a single subject, main subject,
minor subject, or subject in English, American Studies, or English and a connection to English linguistics are recognized as equivalent. A connection to English linguistics is given if the student can provide evidence of at least 10 CP or an examination achievement in the field of English linguistics. The examination committee makes the decision on equivalencе.

The test must have been taken within the last three years. Equivalent to one of the tests is proof of being a native speaker coming from Great Britain, North Ireland, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Malta; having two years of full-time study in English taught program, undertaken within the past two years, in one of these countries: Great Britain, North Ireland, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or Malta; or having at least 5 school years of English in secondary education and at least 5 points in English at "Abitur" level (only Germany and Luxembourg).
