You must provide the following documentation:

1. Transcript of grades: please upload an official transcript of grades of the degree you have completed or are currently enrolled in which carries: an official stamp and a signature from your university. If the transcript is in a language other than English:
   1. Please include an official English translation. An official translation must carry the stamp and signature of your educational institution.
   2. If your educational institution cannot provide you with an official translation, an authorised translator, who stamps and signs the document, must carry out the translation.
2. CV: please upload an updated version of your C.V. (curriculum vitae of a maximum of three pages) including a chronological overview of your academic history. A photo is not necessary.
3. Proof of English (and French if the case) language proficiency (see languge requirements).
4. Copy or scan of passport.
5. Motivational letter: short explanation approximately 500 words, as to why you have chosen to apply for admission to the SUTROFOR EMJMD program and why you have prioritised the chosen mobility track(s). You may also elaborate on your planned career path upon completion of the Master in Sustainable Tropical Forestry.
6. Official diploma: if you are offered admission, you are required to document that you have completed your bachelor's degree no later than September 20th.
7. Reference letters (only if you wish to apply for the Erasmus scholarship - for non-EU applicants): please upload two letters of recommendation. At least one of the letters must be from an academic contact (teacher, supervisor).
8. Proof of residence (only if you wish to apply for the Erasmus scholarship - for non-EU applicants): in order to confirm your eligibility for the Erasmus Mundus Scholarship, you must provide proof of residence that fulfill one of the following requirements: This can either be:
   1. a residence certificate issued (signed and stamped) in accordance with your municipality, region or states normal registration rules,
   2. in the form of an official letter (signed and stamped) by your current place of work, study or training confirming your current  place of residence.

Regarding the proof of residence, please ensure that the following information are included and clear and ligible in any of the above mentioned documentation:

1. First name.
2. Surname.
3. Birth date.
4. Address.
5. Issue date.

The proof of residence must have been issued within the last twelve months (from the application deadline January 15th) and must be issued in English or translated by an official certified translator. Also, please be aware that the university is unable to accept documents with a P.O. Box Address or business address.the address on your proof of residence.

If you do not have all of the documentation ready when you submit your application, you need to upload a note (e.g. a pdf) indicating when you expect to have the documentation and upload it in place of the attachment.

You can only submit your application if you upload documents where you are requested to upload a documеnt.
