Course Description

Our online Master in Human Resource Management gives you access to education with affortable tuition fees. Bachelor's degree.
- For 60-ECTS program, you will need to have already acquired 240 ECTS credits.
- For 120-ECTS program, you will need to have acompleted, undergraduate degree (worth 180 ECTS) with a focus on economics or business administration.
Work Experience
For the 60 ECTS study program, you will need at least one year of professional work experience before starting your studies (achieved after previous studies).
GPA Comment
At least a “satisfactory” or Grade C equivalent earned in your previous education.

English language proficiency can also be proven with the Cambridge certificate (min. B grade overall). If English is your native language or you graduated from an English-speaking school/university, you do not have to prove your English skills. The proof must be provided before the start of the study and must not be older than two years. Please note that the IU English course isn't accepted as a language certificate for on campus study programs.
