Qualification Requirements
The application requirements for the study program in “Human Resource Managеmеnt” are:
Previous bachelor’s degree:
- From a public or officially recognized university/higher education institution
Min ECTS points required:
- 210
Proof of at least one year’s qualified work experience completed prior to the start of the study program (the work experience must be gained after the completion of your undergraduate studies).
Depending on your previous education, the following entry options are applicable for the 60-ECTS Master’s degree:
- 240/210 ECTS from your first degree: you are required to provide proof of one year of qualified work experience
- 180 ECTS from your first degree: you are required to provide proof of two years of qualified work experienсе
Final grade of at least "Satisfactory" (Minimum grade point average equivalent of 3.0 according to the German grading systеm).
