Requirements
Qualification Requirements
University entrance qualification.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mechatronics or another closely related field of study.
Minimum standard period of study: 6 semesters.
Required ECTS credits: 180.
Evidence of a final German examination grade of 2.5 or better. If this overall score has not been achieved, eligibility may be determined by the admissions committee in lieu of the qualifying degree if the overall picture of the application in terms of subject matter, the successful completion of the master's program can be expected. For this purpose a personal interview of the applicant with the admissions committee takes place. The examination board appoints the admissions committee from among the professorial members of the Examination Committee and the lecturers of the master's program.

- Documentation of the applicant’s English language proficiency (see language requirements).
- An English motivation letter including information about the specific talents and interests that explain the applicant's motivation to apply for this particular degree program.
