This master's suits graduates with a bachelor's degree (180 ECTS) in engineering โ environmental, electrical, computer science, mechatronic, mechanical or civil โ or in the natural sciences, who want to work where technology meets business strategy. Studies advance through four clearly structured phases. Semester 1 lays the foundations in business architecture, integrated processes, technology platforms, data/AI and customer experience. Semester 2 sharpens transformation methods including process analysis, portfolio management and change enablement. Semester 3 tackles governance, risk and compliance at program scale. In Semester 4 you specialize in Data Architecture or Solution Architecture and write your master's thesis.
The program runs full-time over four semesters, taught entirely in English on SRH University's Heidelberg campus. You complete 120 ECTS across four 30-credit semesters, with flexible biannual intakes every April and October.
