Course Description


IU’s online M.A. Information Technology Management is designed to train students to successfully handle the planning, selection, design, and implementation in the dynamic field of information and communications technologies. The program will equip students with knowledge of the fundamentals of IT, from software to hardware, governance, and compliance as well as risk assessment and leadership modules, enabling them to become leaders in the IT industry. It can be studied anytime and anywhere.

Previous Degree

Bachelor's degree.

  • For 60-ECTS program, you will need to have already acquired 240 ECTS credits.
  • For 120-ECTS program, you will need to have acompleted, undergraduate degree (worth 180 ECTS) with a focus on economics or businеss administratiοn.
Work Experience

For the 60 ECTS study program, you will need at least one year of professional work experience before starting your studies (achieved after previous studiеs).

GPA Comment

At least a “satisfactory” or Grade C equivalent earned in your previous educatiοn.

English language proficiency can also be proven with the Cambridge certificate (min. B grade overall). If English is your native language or you graduated from an English-speaking school/university, you do not have to prove your English skills. The proof must be provided before the start of the study and must not be older than two years. Please note that the IU English course isn't accepted as a language certificate for on campus study programs.
