Native speakers as well as applicants with a certified Higher Education Entrance Qualification and a university degree (both acquired completely in English) will also be considered. TOEFL itp (institutional testing program) certificates will not be accepted. Test scores (or other proof of English language proficiency) must be no older than five years and are to be presented at the time of application.

A research idea related to the master program (2 pages):
The subject and content of the research idea should be in line with the course content of the master program Integrated Water Resources Management.
The subject must be of importance regarding the current scientific discussion.
It should be written scientifically correct (e.g. structure, citation, data quality, sources, consistency).
