- Do you want to conduct scientific and artistic research and build bridges between theory and practice?
- Are you a music researcher curious about current social, ecological, and technological issues?
- Do you want to get involved in an international student group and complete large parts of your studies online?
Then you have come to the right place!
In our master's program Interdisciplinary Music Research leading to the degree Master of Arts (MA) you can choose between two specializations:
- Human-Animal Studies (musical human-animal relationships, animal music, and sound formation), or
- Artificial Intelligence (co-creativity of humans and machines).
Requirements
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree in musicological programs (e.g. historical musicology, systematic musicology, ethnomusicology, popular music studies, music sociology, music psychology, music informatics), music-related teacher training programs, and other cultural and humanities programs with a focus on music, and possibly also music-related artistic-pedagogical and artistic programs.
Required ECTS crеdits: 180.
