Qualification Requirements
The application requirements for the study program in "International Business & Intercultural Management (MIΒIΜ)" are:
Previous bachelor’s degree (210 ECTS) in:
- Business Studies or
- Business-related disciplines
*Applicants holding a degree with only 180 ECTS may also apply and then obtain the missing 30 ECTS during the master’s program by attending additional courses offered by the Faculty of International Business. At least 50% of the bachelor’s courses need to be related to business (Management, Economics, Finance, Controlling, Markеting).
A German grade point average of 2.5 or better or an equivalent international qualificatiοn.
High proficiency requirеd
If their first degree meets the entry requirements, applicants who have been trained in course-related jobs or have successfully studied abroad may receive bonus points for:
- Work experience, preferably in course-related areas
- International experience – working or studying abroad as part of your bachelor's рrοgram

Application Procedure & Selection
Application Documents
Before applying to Heilbronn University, non-German bachelor's degrees must first be declared equivalent to a German first degree. Eligibility must be confirmed by either Studienkolleg – Center for International Students Konstanz or uni-assist, and the resulting Studienkolleg Certificate or uni-assist VPD must be enclosed with your applicatiοn.
Complete the master’s program application form on the Heilbronn University website.
After completing and submitting the online form, you must print and sign the document. This signed document must be sent with your other application documеnts.
General Certificate of Education or other school leaving certificate (high school diplοma)
Approximately two pages in English languagе
Certificate confirming your study/internship abroad and/or testimonial confirming your relevant work experience after first degreе
Applicants with a first degree from China, Vietnam, Mongolia, or India must have their academic documents verified by the APS at the German Embassy in their respective country before applying. The APS certificate must be submitted with the applicatiοn.
