Course Description
The Master of Arts in International Management at the Fachhochschule Dortmund is designed to equip students with the leadership and management skills essential for navigating the complexities of the global business environment. This two-semester programme emphasises internationalisation, technological change and sustainability, offering a unique regional and international perspective on management education. Students can specialise in areas such as corporate sustainability, human resource management and managing global business projects, among others. The programme is highly practical, incorporating projects and hands-on learning to prepare students for senior management roles in multinational corporations, small and medium-sized enterprises, and public administration. With an emphasis on multicultural and international aspects of business, the programme also encourages independent learning and teamwork through small group work and presentations, making it ideal for individuals with a strong business background and a keen interest in global economic developments.

Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a program closely related to the master's program.
The qualifying study program must have imparted the relevant skills in the fields of business administration or economics to the extent of at least 75% of the total volume at the required level.
Required ECTS crеdits: 240.
An overall grade of minimum “good&rdquο; (1.9).
