Requirements
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a social or historical degree.
Minimum standard period of study: 6 semesters.
Required ECTS credits: 180.
Also, at least 40 credits in history, political science, sociology, or a related subject must have been earned. If the proof comes from a system without credit points, the joint examination committee decides on the equivalence of the services performed there. Should the applicant prove up to 5% less than the required credit points, the joint examination board will examine in individual cases whether the applicant meets the necessary requirements despite missing credit points.
Students will have a minimum qualification of 2.1 in a relevant subject or an equivalent UCD GPA of 3.08.
Language Requirements
The following certificates are recognised as proof of your language proficience.
Specification: With no band lower than 6.
Specification: At least 180 points.
