Tuition fees are 18,000 € for 2 years for Partner country students, and 9,000 € for 2 years for Program countrу studеnts.

Course Description


DREAM students will spend their first semester in France to acquire background in Power Systems and Automatic Control. They will move for the second semester to Germany, Spain or Romania.

Previous Degree

Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:

  • Electrical engineering,
  • Electronic engineering,
  • Energy engineering,
  • Automatic control,
  • Renewable energy engineering,
  • Applied mathematics and physics.

Minimum standard period of study: 3 years.
Required ECTS credits: 180.

Graduation must take place before July 31st for non European students, and before September 30th for European studеnts.

Additional information:
Applicants must be fluent in English, both written and spoken. An applicant whose native language is not English is required to pass a recognized international English test. The results provided must not be older than 3 years at the time of the application. Applicants who carried out their studies in English (official confirmation letter from their university is needed) are eligible without providing such a test result. Students who completed their studies in Antigua and Barbuda, Australia, The Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, English-speaking Canada, Gambia, Ghana, Grenada, Guyana, Republic of Ireland, Jamaica, Kiribati, Liberia, Mauritius, Micronesia, New Zealand, Nigeria, Papua New Guinea, St. Kitts-Nevis, St. Lucia, St. Vincent, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Trinidad and Tobago, United Kingdom, United States of America, Zambia or Zimbabwe, are exempt from submitting a language certificate.

Application Documents


Applicants will register through an online application platform. They will have to fill out an online form with their personal data and upload the following documents:

  1. CV (please indicate in your CV the courses and scores related to DREAM fields; it is also recommended to justify when the studies lasted longer than normally required by the diploma).
  2. Scan of the passport first pages or identity card (including name, date of birth, etc.)
  3. Certified academic degrees with transcripts and diploma supplement (if available) of all university studies, with official translation in English.
  4. Motivation letter (download mandatory template in the course page),
  5. Evidence of English proficiency with a recognised International English test Certificate (see language  requirements).
  6. Names and contacts of 2 referees who are able to comment on your qualifications for graduate studies (professors, department heads, tutors, dean of studies, etc.) . They will be contacted by our team to provide a reference letter (more information in the course page).
  7. Mobility preferences (applicants are allowed to choose any of the available mobility tracks for their second and third semesters).
  8. Proof of residence*: either of the following documents can be accepted:
    1. A residence certificate issued by the applicant's city hall / local authority (attach certified English translation).
    2. A certificate from the candidate's place of work, study or training issued by the employer or institution in question (attach certified English translation).

*NB: Proof of residence must have been issued within 12 months before the submission deadline of applying for an EMJMD student scholarshiр.
