Introducing MBA International Management
Five Reasons to choose this Master's Program
Course Description
The Master of Business Administration in International Management is a comprehensive postgraduate program taught at Pforzheim University - located in the heart of Europe, the Pforzheim-Stuttgart region. The course is carefully designed to tackle today’s rapidly changing business world by addressing the challenges of a continuously intensifying globalization of economies, societies, environments, and cultures. In this sense, students are trained in a two-tier strategy that gives them a distinct competitive advantage for tomorrow's business.
Special Program Features
Take full advantage of an international culture
The Pforzheim MBA offers the opportunity to study in two countries (or even on two continents!) with their partner universities in the US, Latin America, Asia, or Europe. In addition, as a “free mover,” you can organize your stay at other business schools.
Enjoy individual career advancement and coaching
Pforzheim’s faculty are coaches, not instructors. This means students benefit from individual mentoring throughout their studies. The small course size encourages intense student-faculty interaction, which is crucial to achieving the best outcome from your MBA studies.
Learn directly from companies and experts
The learning experience in the MBA International Management not only takes place in the classroom, but also during company excursions, plant tours, presentations and direct contact with managers and HR personnel of the many corporations in Southern Germany. Some students complete an internship and write their mandatory final thesis in cooperation with one of these companies, bringing them in contact with their future employer.
German Language classes on all levels
It is highly recommended that MBA candidates who want to establish themselves in the German job market after their studies learn German. Because of that, Pforzheim University encourages its students to improve their language profile through German courses fully integrated into the MBA schedule, acquiring skills equivalent to CEFR-level “C1”. This corresponds to the Goethe Institute’s "Zertifikat für den Beruf," sufficient for meeting the language requirements necessary for completing an internship with a German company.

Testimonials
The MBA helped me to switch my career from Luxury Hospitality Management to Business Technology Consulting in the area of Data & Analytics.
The MBA program at Pforzheim Business School was a great and enriching experience for me. The professors were always very dedicated and supportive towards the students. I have gained much practical insights through our classes, industry-specific expertise of our professors and guest speakers. Besides, I have also developed many skills from the MBA that I apply to my daily work, such as presentation techniques and problem-solving skills through team work and discussion in an international student group.
