After completing the undergraduate degree, at least 1 year of qualified work experience (an additional year of work experience can be accepted as 30 ECTS points).

The work experience must have been gained before starting studies at FHWS. Obligatory internships during the studies leading to the first degree qualifying for a profession cannot be credited against required work experience. The professional experience should have been gained full-time in a company or another suitable institution in projects or one of the core functions of the company/institution (markets, customers, finance, people, operations, communication and information technology, business policy and strategy, responsible management or comparable functions). Regular employment exists if the contracted working hours amount to at least 50 % of a full-time position. Evidence of professional experience will be provided (in general) by presenting a qualified work reference or interim work referencе.

An overall grade of 2.5 or better completed at a higher education institution or equivalent. Alternatively, the qualification may also be demonstrated by a relative grade that proves a graduation among the top 65% of graduates. If the proven degree grade is based on incomparable grading systems, a conversion will be carried out; the result is calculated to one digit after the decimal point and not roundеd.
