Additional information:
English language skills can also be proven by fulfilling at least one of the following criteria: 1) English was the official language of school education, 2) at least 5 years of continuous foreign language teaching English in school education, 3) at least six months of study or work in an English-speaking country, 4) English was the official language of the course qualifying for the Mechanical Engineering master’s course. Applicants from Non-German speaking countries must prove their German language proficiency with one of the following criteria: 1) German was the official language of the school education 2) or German was the official language of the course qualifying for the Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering 3) or a comparable internationally recognized German test at level A2 according to CEFR (Common Framework of References for Languages). If proof of language proficiency can only be proven at level A2, the student can be admitted to the course on condition that they complete a German course during their studies in order to achieve at least language level B1.

Diploma supplement (to be submitted if issued by the university).
Two (2) letters of recommendation by professors from their university of graduation. These letters of recommendation must be submitted to uni-assist.de. They should be sent in a sealed envelope if this is common practice in the applicant’s country.
