Requirements
Qualification Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a biological, medical or biomedical degree.
If the bachelor's degree is not yet completed by the application deadline (July 15th), a transcript of records can also be submitted for the application, provided that 150 credits have already been successfully completed, this has an average grade and the bachelor's thesis has already been registered.
A minimum grade of 2.7 in the completed bachelor's degree.

Application Procedure & Selection
Application Documents
Applicants who have completed a bachelor's degree at the application deadline should send the following documents:
- Printout of the application certificate.
- Proof of a bachelor's degree - or equivalent, from which the final grade is evident (certified copy). Incl. transcript of records/list of attended events with credit information (certified copy).
- Proof of language proficiency in English and German (see language requirements).
- Abstract for the bachelor thesis (max. 1 page).
Applicants who have not yet completed a bachelor's degree by the application deadline, please send the following documents:
- Printout of the application certificate.
- Current grade index of the responsible examination office, which shows that at least 150 credits have been achieved and which average grade has been achieved so far (certified copy or original printout).
- Confirmation of registration for the bachelor's thesis, including the expected submission date of the responsible examination office (certified copy).
- Proof of language proficiency in English and German (see language requirements).
- Exposé for the bachelor thesis (max. 1 page).
