English language proficiency required (TOEFL 550 paper-based / 213 CBT / 80 iBT, or IELTS 6.0 or equivalent). Two years of professional experience is recommended but not mandatory (adds points in applicant ranking; mandatory only for DAAD scholarship apрliсants).
