Previous Degree
Bachelor's degree in the field of mechanical engineering, production technology, materials technology, plastic technology, mechatronics, chemistry, physics, industrial engineering or a related field.
Required ECTS credits: 210.
At least 180 ECTS points (in which case the lacking 30 ECTS points shall be acquired during the master study).
GPA (German System) 2.50
GPA Comment
A final grade of 2.5 or higher.

The following documents must be submitted:
- Application for admission to the study.
- The university entrance certificate (Abitur, advanced technical college qualification).
- The certificate of a vocational degree in the field Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, Materials Technology, Plastic Technology, Mechatronics, Chemistry, Physics, Industrial Engineering or a related field with a final grade of 2.5 or higher and 210 ECTS points or higher or at least 180 ECTS points (in which case the lacking 30 ECTS points shall be acquired during the master study).
- A certificate of the temporary final grade (in case you have not received your definitive school-leaving certificate yet).
- Résumé.
- Evidence of professional experience, professional training, occupation.
- Motivation letter.
- Evidence of English language skills (see language requirements).
- Evidence of German language skills, not required for German native speakers (see language requirements).
Please note: If you completed your first degree abroad, the university needs the conversion from Studienkolleg Konstanz (for international applicants) till application deadline.
