The Master of Arts in Public Management in International Cooperation (PMIC) at Hochschule Kehl is a part-time, four-semester program designed to enhance the skills and knowledge of professionals involved in international cooperation within public administrations. The program, conducted in English with some French options, focuses on improving international collaboration through practical and theoretical coursework. Students from Africa and Europe participate in a hybrid learning model that includes four in-person sessions across different locations in Europe and Africa, complemented by distance learning phases. The curriculum emphasizes the development of systematic, independent, and scientifically grounded competencies for managing international cooperation projects. This program is ideal for professionals with at least two years of relevant experience, aiming for leadership roles in governmental and non-governmental organizations, as well as international bodies like the United Nations and the African Union.
