Bachelor's degree in a related field of study, such as:
- Electrical Engineering and Information Technology (Bachelor of Science),
- Optical Technologies: Lasers and Photonics (Bachelor of Science),
- Physics (Bachelor of Science),
- Or comparable (admission requirements: 20 ECTS mathematics; 8 ECTS quantum mechanics; 5 ECTS wave optics or 5 ECTS electrodynamics).
