Previous Degree

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Water Resources, Chemical Engineering, Chemical Process Technology, Environmental Eng., Fluid Mechanic Eng., Irrigation Eng., Mechanical Eng., Sanitary Eng., and Soil & Irrigation Εng.

Work Experience

Educational or professional experience in either hydraulics, fluid mechanics, or wastewatеr.

Additional information:
It is not necessary to speak German when applying for WAREM. However, learning German is an obligatory part of the study program. In the case that you cannot submit proof of the German language skills, you have to participate in the 6 weeks German Language Intensive Course starting in September. In case you cannot attend the course in September, you have to attend the course in March/April. The courses are all free of charge.

  4. Letter of university indicating maximum/minimum grading system.
  5. Motivation letter.
  6. Results of your English proficiency examination (see language requirements). English as the medium of instruction is not accepted. Please note: Native speakers from USA, Ireland, UK, Australia, New Zealand and Canada are exempted.

Applicants from China, Vietnam, India, and Mongolia.
Applicants from the above-mentioned countries have to submit an APS (akademische Prüfstelle) certificate issued by the German Embassy in the applicant's home countrу.
