The Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen (THM), also known as the University of Applied Sciences of Central Hesse, is a public university of applied sciences founded in 1971. With more than 15,000 students as of 2024/25, THM is one of the largest universities of applied sciences in Germany. The university is located across three cities in the state of Hesse: Giessen, Friedberg, and Wetzlar, offering students a diverse range of urban and suburban campus experiences.
