Study Customs Administration - Dual Studies at Hochschule Meißen (FH) und Fortbildungszentrum (HSF Meißen) (2026/27)

The Hochschule Meißen (FH) und Fortbildungszentrum (HSF Meißen) is Saxony's university of applied sciences for public administration and the judiciary. Since 1992 it has prepared students, mostly through a three-year dual study programme, for careers in public administration and the justice system; it is an institution of the Free State of Saxony and is overseen by the Saxon State Ministry of the Interior. Its undergraduate portfolio covers the core disciplines of the civil service, including general administration, Rechtspflege (judicial officer training), social administration, social insurance, tax administration, state finance administration and digital administration, and graduates earn either a Diplom or a bachelor's degree depending on the track. For working professionals it also offers master's programmes such as Public Governance (M.Sc.), Public Law (LL.M.) and Public Service Innovation (M.Sc.).
