The University of Koblenz, officially known as Universität Koblenz, is a young public university in Koblenz, Germany. It was established on 1 January 2023 through the restructuring of the former University of Koblenz-Landau and has rapidly established itself as an innovative institution with a strong focus on interdisciplinary research and teaching. The university currently has around 9,000 students in its four faculties: The university offers degrees in the following faculties: Educational Sciences, Philology and Cultural Studies, Mathematics and Natural Sciences, and Computer Science. Situated in the picturesque city of Koblenz, the university's campus offers a unique blend of historic charm and modern facilities.
