The Hochschule für Musik Saar (HfM Saar), also known as the University of Music Saar, is a renowned public university of music in Saarbrücken, the capital of the German state of Saarland. Founded in 1947 as the "Staatliches Konservatorium", it was renamed the Hochschule für Musik Saar in 1971. With around 450 students from over 40 countries, the HfM Saar offers a diverse and international learning environment.
