The Willy Brandt School of Public Policy, also known as the Brandt School, is a public institute for research and education in the field of public policy at the University of Erfurt, Germany's youngest public university. Established in 2002 as part of the Faculty of Legal, Social and Economic Sciences, the Brandt School has been preparing students for the challenges of today's complex political world through its interdisciplinary, practice-oriented, and international approach to public policy education.

The Brandt School offers a two-year, full-time Master of Public Policy (MPP) program, which is the first of its kind in Germany. The program is taught entirely in English and attracts a diverse student body from around the world, with over 90% of students coming from abroad.

In addition to its teaching activities, the Brandt School is engaged in research on public policy and governance, focusing on five main clusters: Global Public Policy, Development and Socio-Economic Policies, Conflict Studies and Management, Entrepreneurship and Public Policy, and Methods of Public Policy. The school also offers a PhD program in these research areas.

The Brandt School has established partnerships with several prominent organisations, such as the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the Haniel Foundation, and the German-Colombian Peace Institute (CAPAZ).
