Requirements
Qualification Requirements
General university entry qualification (“Abitur“) or restricted university entry qualification (“Fachhochschulreife“) or scholastic assessment test/special admissiοn.
Applications for the degree program International Ship Management - Nautical Sciences are possible without any practical sea service time.
Practical semesters as on-board internships are scheduled for the 3rd and 6th semester.
In total 12 months sea training are required in order to gain the Certificate of Competence to work on bοard.
Language Requirements
The following certificates are recognized as proof of your language proficiency.
Specification: For international students, required only to graduate and to gain a German STCW CoC (Certificate of Competence).
