The program combines literature and cultural studies, history, politics, media studies, and intercultural communication with project work, internships, and applied research focused on transatlantic relations and international cooperation. Germany and other European study destinations provide strong academic traditions in North American studies and close links to international cultural and political institutions. Graduates develop advanced language, analytical, and intercultural skills for careers in international business, diplomacy, cultural management, media, education, NGOs, and research worldwide.
