English language skills can also be proven with at least satisfactory grade in English (corresponding to at least 7 out of 15 points) in a domestic higher education entrance qualification (HZB) or a foreign HZB with proven knowledge of the English language that is at least equivalent to the aforementioned HZB, or proof that already an education (especially as part of the first degree mentioned before) was completed with English language skills at the level required. German language skills at the latest must be proven at the end of the re-registration period for the 3rd semester.
