The Master of Science in Digital Technologies at TU Clausthal, in collaboration with Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences, is a practice-oriented program focused on digitalization and sustainability. This four-semester program allows students to become experts in developing sustainable digital innovations, advancing digital transformation, and shaping the future. Students can choose from core areas such as Cooperative Human-Machine Interaction, Machine Learning and Big Data, and Smart Cyber-Physical Systems, and apply their knowledge in application fields like Autonomous Systems, Circular Economy, and Industry 4.0. The program emphasizes the integration of theory and practice, with opportunities for practical experience through partnerships with industry leaders. Graduates are well-prepared for roles in software development, agile project management, digital transformation consulting, and innovation leadership. The program is offered in both German and English, with options for part-time study.

Direct admission to the master’s program is granted to graduates of the bachelor’s programs:
Digital Technologies, B.Sc.
IT and computer science courses.
Graduates from other degree programs can also study the master’s degree with the necessary IT skills. This knowledge can be acquired, for example, with the DigiTec.PILOT certificate program or recognized through evidence of comparable courses amounting to 30 ECTS.
Anyone with a university entrance qualification can apply for the winter semester from May 15th to July 15th.
