Kursbeschreibung
Is human resources your topic? Our cooperative master's in Human Resource Management covers all areas of human resource management. We prepare you for starting your career as an HR business partner, human resource officer, human resource consultant, or human resource specialist.
We provide you with broad-based qualifications for a specialist or managerial career in human resources management.
We cover all areas of human resources management such as recruiting, personnel development, and remuneration. You will acquire relevant knowledge of employment law as well as know-how in the areas of health management and personnel control.
We also prepare you methodically for practice. After completing your studies, you will be able to support and implement change processes in organizations. You will carry out targeted evaluation processes and draw the right conclusions for further HR management measures.

Qualifikationsvoraussetzungen
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in economics.
Required ECTS credits: 210.
Basic knowledge of economics if you have completed a non-economics degree program. Proof can be provided by:
- 30 credit points in relevant economics modules in a previous degree (completed or not completed),
- completed commercial vocational training with at least good results,
- commercial professional training (business economists, business administrators, business specialists, etc.), or
- appropriate professional training to an adequate extent.
If you would like to make up the relevant credit points in the current semester, please enclose a list of the modules and credit points.
The Master's Commission will decide on the recognition of the individual certificates.
If you have a degree with fewer than 210 credits, you must provide evidence of the missing credits by the end of the third semester. If credits are missing, the Master's Commission will determine the additional certificates and dates to be provided at the start of the coursе.
Sufficient knowledge of operational practice in companies, authorities, or comparable organizations. Proof of this can be provided by:
- a practical semester in the preparatory course,
- a completed commercial vocational training, or
- a continuous relevant practical work experience of at least 20 weeks full-time.
The Master's Committee decides on the relevancе.
An overall grade of “good” or B according to the ECTS grading scale or better.
If you can prove that you are among the top 10% of your year in the respective degree program or have completed it with an overall grade of "with distinction" (1.0 - 1.2), you don't need to pass a selection procedure. In this case, please fill out the application for direct admission and attach it to your applicatiοn.

- Letter of motivation (approx. 2 pages) which clearly shows the reasons and personal suitability for choosing the Master's degree program in HRM.

- If you have completed a non-business degree program, a tabular list of business modules with details of credit points or proof of completed commercial training. You have to provide evidence of this*.
- Proof of practical experience (employment reference, employment contract).
- University entrance qualification (higher education entrance qualification certificate).
- Certificate of de-registration*.
- Proof of English language skills (see language requirements).
*If these documents are not yet available when you apply, they can be submitted when you enroll or if you receive them later, up to the end of the first semester. However, all evidence of achievement from the first degree must have been provided when you start your studiеs.
