Course Description
The AMASE Master offers a unique opportunity to study Advanced Materials Science and Engineering at two leading European universities. Students not only gain in-depth technical expertise across five specialization tracks, but also experience rich cultural diversity while learning two European languages. The program awards a double degree and fosters strong intercultural skills through joint events like the Integration Week and Summer School. With its mobility structure, AMASE prepares graduates for global careers at the intersection of materials innovation, research, and industry.

The program targets students with a bachelor’s degree in materials science, engineering, physics, or chemistry who are passionate about international collaboration, interdisciplinary problem-solving, and multilingual learning. It is particularly suited for those aiming to build a career in global research or industry environments.
Special Program Features
Five Specialization Tracks—One Program, Many Paths
AMASE offers five specialization tracks ranging from polymers and composites to smart surfaces or bio/nano materials. Each track is available at select universities, allowing students to match academic interests with institutional strengths. → More Info
Two out of Six: A Structured Mobility Path Across Europe
Students combine one entrance and one second university from a pool of six top European institutions. This mobility setup enables both cultural immersion and academic synergy while expanding access to diverse academic environments. → More Info
