The following documents must be submitted by the application deadline at the latest:

1. Application for admission.
2. Curriculum vitae.
3. Simple copy of your high school diploma.
4. Simple copy of your bachelor's degree with at least 210 ECTS points and a final grade of 2.3 or better. It is necessary that you complete your bachelor's degree before the application deadline. If you can already foresee that this will not be possible in time, there is an interim solution: you can submit a certificate from your university in advance of the expected final average grade ("4.0 certificate"). This certificate must show that you have successfully completed all examinations, that the bachelor thesis has been submitted and that it is graded with at least 4.0. However, this option is only available to students at German universities, as the final certificate is mandatory for the recognition of international degrees.
5. Proof of 30 ECTS in the field of computer science and information technology (IT) as well as information management. The university will check this knowledge as part of the application process.
6. Proof of English language skills (see language requirements).
7. Proof of German language skills (see language requirements). The university needs the language certificate at the latest for enrollment.
8. In addition, all applicants who did not acquire their educational qualifications in Germany must send their foreign educational qualifications to uni-assist for further examination.

For the double-degree exchange semester in Argentina, the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional San Rafael also requires an apostilled copy of your bachelor's degree.
